RPAP5 pipe is the best hot water pipe in China market, the only pipe which can meet 95°C high temperature and 1.25MPA work pressure requirements. Presently, domestic market has a demanding requirement for pipe used in hot water condition, ordinary pipe cannot meet this requirement, JINNIU put forth effort to introduce advance production equipment and assimilate Europe technology aiming to solve this problem, overcome the process challenge of quality control in welding of laser pipe, promote successfully RPAP5 laser AL-plastic composite pipe system which meet CJ/T159-2006 standard.

1. Good environment-resistant performance, can be used in -45°C and 95°C temperature;

2. Good mechanical performance, high pressure resistance (AL thickness is around 50% thicker than ordinary pipe;

3. Good air preventing performance, free from oxygen penetration;

4. Good sanitary performance, no secondary pollution to transported fluid;

5. Low thermal conduction coefficient, good warm-keeping performance;

6. Superior resistance to chemical corrosion, can resist chemical corrosion to the pipe by transported fluid and external environment;

7. More reliable on connection, no leakage when hot-melted connected. Pipe and fitting use the same material, connected by hot-melted method, connection part of pipe and fitting is melted together, high strength on connection part, it can be buried. It’s fast in installation and work efficiency is greatly improved.
